For site managers, supervisors and forepersons who run the day on site, and the project and commercial teams who rely on what they record.

Hivenox Construction OS capability

Record the day once, on the phone.

Supervisors record the day once on the phone: labour, plant, weather, delays and photos. Inspections and ITPs follow the hold points in your quality plan, and every defect is assigned to a trade with a due date. Progress photos attach to the programme activity they prove.

Workflows

Five workflows, one record

The work itself, named the way the people who run it name it.

The site diary, once a day

Labour by trade, plant on site, weather, delays and photos, recorded on the phone and submitted once. The project team sees the diary in Hivenox Construction OS the day it is written, not when it is typed up at the end of the week.

Daily reports from the diary

Daily and weekly reports drawn from the diaries already submitted, so the project manager reads the same record the supervisor wrote and nobody types it twice. Labour and plant on site roll up by trade and by day.

Inspections, ITPs and hold points

Inspections follow the ITPs and hold points in your quality plan. A hold point stays open until its inspection is recorded and signed off, with photos attached, and the quality manager sees which hold points are open across the job.

Defects and site issues to the trade

Every defect or site issue raised with a photo and location, assigned to the trade responsible with a due date, and closed with evidence of the fix. Trades see their own list of open items; the site manager sees them all.

Progress photos tied to the programme

Progress photos attached to the programme activity they prove, so the programme update, the progress claim and any EOT claim draw on the same evidence. Delays recorded in the diary feed the EOT register in Contract Management.

Quick answer

How do I digitise site diaries, ITPs and inspections?

Supervisors record labour, plant, weather, delays and photos on a phone once a day. Inspections and ITPs follow the hold points in the quality plan, and each defect is assigned to a trade with a due date. Hivenox ties the photos to the programme activity they prove.
