Hivenox Construction OS capability

The critical path, kept honest.

Schedule & Delivery keeps the programme on the same record as the work that drives it: deliveries, approvals, RFIs and site progress. Planners keep working in Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project; each update is read into Hivenox Construction OS and compared with the baseline, beside the site records that show what was built. The Delivery Assurance AI Worker is designed to flag milestones at risk early enough to act; the project manager decides how to recover.

Workflows

Five workflows, one record

The work itself, named the way the people who run it name it.

Baseline and updates

Each programme update from Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project compared with the baseline, activity by activity, so slippage is visible the week it starts rather than at the next monthly review. Every change to a milestone date keeps the reason it moved.

Critical path and dependencies

The activities, approvals and deliveries each milestone depends on, across packages and trades. A late RFI answer or a late delivery shows against the activity it holds up, and the planner sees which packages sit on the critical path this week.

Look-ahead plans for site

Look-ahead plans drawn from the programme for site managers and trades, with the deliveries, inspections and hold points each activity needs. Trades see what is coming; the site manager sees what must be booked.

Progress backed by evidence

Site diaries, photos and inspections from Site Operations are tied to the programme activities they prove, so reported progress can be checked against the evidence, not taken from a percentage typed into the update. The Delivery Assurance AI Worker is designed to flag progress reported ahead of the evidence.

Delay risk and recovery

Delay events recorded against the activities and milestones they put at risk, and passed to the EOT register in Contract Management. The Delivery Assurance AI Worker is designed to spot slippage in progress, resourcing and approvals before it reaches the critical path, and to suggest re-sequencing and resourcing options with their trade-offs. The project manager decides.

Quick answer

How can a builder see programme slippage before it hits the critical path?

Compare each programme update with the baseline activity by activity, and link every milestone to the deliveries, approvals and RFIs it depends on. Check reported progress against site diaries and photos. Hivenox Construction OS compares your Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project updates with the baseline, beside the site evidence, so slippage shows the week it starts.
