Hivenox Construction OS capability

Every incident closed out on the record.

Safety & Compliance keeps incidents, observations, audits and corrective actions in Hivenox Construction OS on the same record as the job, the trade and the people on site. Each action has an owner and a due date and closes with evidence, so compliance is shown as the job runs, not assembled for an audit. It is built for head contractors who need one safety record across every job and every subcontractor.

Workflows

Five workflows, one record

The work itself, named the way the people who run it name it.

Incidents and observations

Incidents and safety observations reported from site with photos, location and the trade involved, then investigated with the cause and the actions agreed. Serious incidents go to the HSE manager and the project director on the day they are reported.

Safety audits and inspections

Site safety audits and inspections against your own checklists, with each finding raised as an action for the supervisor or trade responsible. Findings that repeat across jobs or trades are visible to the HSE manager.

Corrective actions to close-out

Every corrective action with an owner and a due date, shown as overdue the day the date passes, and closed only with evidence. Open actions show by job, by trade and by subcontractor.

Inductions, insurances and licences

Inductions, insurances and licences checked before a subcontractor starts work and before payment, with expiry dates held on each subcontractor's record. A lapsed insurance or licence is flagged before the next payment.

Obligations and evidence

The regulatory and contractual obligations for each job held as a register, each linked to the evidence that shows it is met, so the evidence is already attached when a client or regulator asks. The Compliance & Quality AI Worker is designed to check that every obligation has the evidence to prove it and to chase overdue actions; the HSE manager decides.

Quick answer

How do contractors keep safety actions and compliance evidence audit-ready?

Give every incident, audit finding and corrective action an owner and a due date, and close it only with evidence. Check inductions, insurances and licences before each subcontractor starts. Hivenox Construction OS holds these on the same record as the job and the trade, so the audit trail builds as the work happens.
