Drawing register
Every drawing with its current revision, status and the transmittal that issued it. When a new revision is issued, the superseded one is flagged before it reaches site, and anyone can see who received each transmittal and when.
Documents & DrawingsAvailable now
For document controllers, design managers, engineers and site teams who need the current drawing and a fast answer to every RFI.

Hivenox Construction OS capability
Documents & Drawings keeps the drawing register, RFIs, submittals and specifications in Hivenox Construction OS on the same record as the packages and programme they affect. It reads from Oracle Aconex, Procore or SharePoint, so documents stay where your teams keep them. The Document Intelligence AI Worker is designed to highlight missing submittals and documents that no longer match the design; the document controller decides.
Workflows
The work itself, named the way the people who run it name it.
Every drawing with its current revision, status and the transmittal that issued it. When a new revision is issued, the superseded one is flagged before it reaches site, and anyone can see who received each transmittal and when.
Each RFI raised against the drawing or specification clause it queries, with an owner and a response due date. Overdue answers are visible to the design manager, and the answer stays on the drawing it changes. An RFI that changes cost or time is linked to the variation it starts.
Submittals tracked from the trade to the designer and back, with review status, a response clock and the package they belong to. Review comments and resubmissions stay with the submittal, so its whole history is in one place.
Specification sections linked to the packages and trades they govern, so the right clause is in front of the subcontractor at award and at inspection. A revised section shows which packages and trades it affects.
As-built drawings, O&M manuals and warranties collected during construction, by asset and location, ready for handover instead of chased at practical completion.

Quick answer
Keep one drawing register with the current revision of every drawing and the transmittal that issued it, and raise each RFI against the drawing it queries, with an owner and a due date. Hivenox Construction OS holds the register, RFIs and submittals on one record and flags superseded drawings before they reach site.
