Hivenox Construction OS capability

No notice left to run past its time-bar.

Contract Management holds every head contract and subcontract in Hivenox Construction OS with its clauses, key dates and obligations. Notices, time-bars and extensions of time are tracked per clause, and each delay event carries its evidence, so entitlement is not lost to a missed date or a missing photo. The Commercial Intelligence AI Worker is designed to review claims, notices and EOTs against the clauses and the evidence; the contract administrator decides.

Workflows

Five workflows, one record

The work itself, named the way the people who run it name it.

Head contracts and subcontracts

On AS 4000, AS 2124 and FIDIC terms, each held with the clauses, key dates, security and obligations it sets, so the contract administrator works from the contract, not from memory. Key dates such as the date for practical completion and the end of the defects liability period are held for each contract.

Notices and time-bars per clause

Every notice deadline counted from the event that triggers it, under the clause that governs it. Notices approaching their time-bar go to the contract administrator before the date passes, not after, and each notice is filed with the date it was served.

EOT register with the evidence attached

Each delay event linked to the programme activity it affects, the notice issued, its deadline and the evidence: site diary entries, photos and correspondence.

Variations and claims under the contract

Variations and claims tied to the clause they rely on and the notice that preserves them, so the commercial team and the contract administrator work from the same record. A variation without a notice, or a claim without a clause, is flagged for the commercial manager.

Correspondence on the record

Letters, site instructions and directions filed against the contract and the event they relate to, so the history of every claim can be read in one place, in order.

Records

Quick answer

How do I track notice time-bars across head contracts and subcontracts?

List every clause that requires notice, the event that triggers it and the time allowed, then count each deadline from the day the event happens. Hivenox Construction OS tracks notices and time-bars per clause on AS 4000, AS 2124 and FIDIC contracts and raises those close to expiry, with the evidence attached.
